This episode is NOT about ways to sell to your list. We’ve all heard the stats about how every $1 spent on email marketing, about $44 is made in return. We KNOW that email marketing is the way to sell and see big profits, and I have tons of content that covers how to do that well. But one of the keys to success in selling to your email list actually has nothing to do with selling or introducing your offer.

When I was just starting out, I blogged Monday – Friday for YEARS… And while it’s admirable or even shocking, looking back those blogs weren’t really doing much for me. In fact, they were sucking up my time and not getting me anywhere closer to my goals. I’d share a new blog post once on Facebook, and then move on to creating the next. It wasn’t until I started creating content with intention and a plan that I started to see REAL results.

The solution isn’t creating more and more and more. It’s not spending the majority of your time willing your creative juices to crank out just a few more sentences that hopefully *fingers crossed* make it in front of a potential client… The solution is tied to a simple purpose behind each piece of content you push out.

So I got a Peloton bike late last year, and I have to be totally candid here, I wasn’t sure if I’d fully buy into it. I knew I wanted a new way to move and care for my body so I followed the rave reviews of some friends and got this machine delivered to my house and vowed to just give it a shot.

Now let me be totally candid again — It’s not necessarily the bike that keeps me coming back every day.
