Let’s talk about business regrets. Meaning… the things that I maybe did at the start of my business that I now have more information around and can say proudly that while I wouldn’t necessarily change any decisions I made, I can lament that I didn’t always make the “right” ones early on.
If I can help anyone else in their first year or years of running a business avoid these things, then I want to be as open and honest as possible about them! Ya ready to live with no business regrets?

On her busiest weeks, she will spend up to 15 hours recording podcast episodes, creating five-day challenges, filming live video and more. But she doesn’t do it on sheer will alone. Destinee will walk through developing a content creation strategy that works for you and keeps the ideas flowing so you can keep creating.

It’s the end of the year and while most people are getting ready for January 1st and the calendar to turn, how are you spending this time before the year closes? For me, this time of year is about reflecting, assessing how I FEEL, and not just phoning in the remainder of the year but making it meaningful.
Something that I always do in my business at the end of the year is take inventory of everything -- from accounting to content to energy and time spent, I look at the year as a whole and assess what will come with us into the new year, and what gets left behind.

If you’re hearing this, I’m actually on maternity leave, snuggling up our new little love and learning how to be a parent to two kiddos. Before baby Kutcher number 2 arrived, I sat down with Brendon for a Q&A about that very topic -- parenting. In this conversation, which originally aired on GrowthDay, he asks me about my learning moments as a mom, and how I continue to learn and grow in this title that I’m so proud of. So let’s dig into this conversation, shall we? Time for some mom talk.

Quinn Louise is here and this is the story of how it all happened.
While the details are fresh in my mind, I wanted to capture the story of our newest addition’s birth on the podcast! These kinds of stories are never quite as we plan or expect them, but I think a lot of parents will get me on this: babies don’t really care about our plans! And I’m certainly not complaining a single bit. The Kutcher fam is more than complete, and I think I might be basking in the sheer, incalculable magic of that for a long time.
